Dates and Deadlines

After an application has been verified (to include application, certified funds, and agency authorization), EBAS sends a confirmation letter to the licensee advising them of their eligibility to schedule a testing appointment.

The Ethics and Boundaries Exam is offered at Pearson VUE computerized testing centers nationwide.  Appointments are available “on-demand” (on a date of the licensee’s choosing), six (6) days per week.  No scheduling is available on Sunday.

Please Note:  Upon receipt of your Confirmation Letter, it is advisable to immediately contact Pearson VUE to schedule a testing appointment.   Please remember that available times and locations depend on test center space availability.

It should be noted upon completion of the exam, essays are graded and may take anywhere from two (2) to four (4) weeks from the time a licensee takes their exam to receipt of their score report.  Licensees need to factor in this period of time when scheduling their exam and especially when considering their sanctioning deadlines.  For further score report information, see “Score Reports”.
